Sunrise and sunset - dawn and dusk. I have them described as the thin places. The place where there is a fine line between created and divine and they touch each other. Sacred bumps non sacred. Sunrise and sunset. Moments in the day when a transition happens between light and dark. Between seeing and not seeing. Between moving and living, and resting. Sunrise and sunset . . . . Our family live in a temporary space. We are not in our home, we are not using our own furniture, our beds are camping stretchers with sleeping bags for covers. Our clothes are the ones we have brought in a suitcase. The rest are in boxes - somewhere. . . . We wait . . . . |
